About Wayne Garcia
Wayne Garcia has been in the residential real estate industry since 1987. He brings experience in residential design, construction, and sales. A 1986 graduate of Texas A&M’s College of Architecture, Wayne moved to Washington, D.C., and started working as the architectural liaison for Ryland Homes, where he developed his design skills and learned about construction methods. He continued working for home builders until 1995 — the year he received his real estate license in the state of Texas — and has been a Realtor and broker ever since.
Wayne was a broker and owner of Wayne Garcia and Associates in Dallas from July 2001 until November 2010 and was responsible for leading and training his agents to learn the real estate business and elevating customer service. He was named one of D Magazine’s “Best Real Estate Agents” in 2011, 2013, and 2014, and he was similarly listed in Texas Monthly in 2005 and 2014. His ability to understand the needs of a buyer and seller are paramount to establishing a trust that creates the environment for sales to occur.
Wayne focuses his home sales within the core of Dallas. He likes to promote city living and finds it exciting — and almost 100 percent of his sales occur north of downtown, in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, M Streets, Lakewood, and North Dallas.
