About Michael Hubach
Michael Hubach has been in the residential real estate industry since 2008. Experienced in sales, construction and property management; he brings a driven and experienced energy to every transaction. Raised in Dallas, Michael attended Jesuit High School then studied Communication at the University of Oklahoma. Michael focuses his home sales within the core of Dallas and almost 95 percent of his sales occur in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, M Streets, Lakewood, and North Dallas Areas. Always focused on the client’s needs, Michael has worked in Addison, Richardson, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Southlake and Valley Ranch. Michael loves Dallas and the diversity living in the heart of a city brings to life. He is passionate about the older homes found throughout the Park Cities, Preston Hollow and Lower Greenville. Michael began his career at Wayne Garcia GMAC Real Estate and has worked with Wayne ever since. Michael and Wayne formed a team and brought their expertise to the Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate family in 2014, earning Top Producer Awards in 2015 and 2016. The opening of Garcia Hubach Real Estate is the culmination of years of hard work and building a respected, trusted personal brand.
